Horrible horrible horrible. We went WITH an appointment. Waited for 3 HOURS! Then just left. They charged me my co-pay and I was never even SEEN. I asked for a refund and they refused!!

The BetterMed Urgent Care in Short Pump is absolutely the best. Great customer service and very caring. After having multiple unpleasant experiences at the Mechanicsville location, I vowed to not use BetterMed again. However, after experiencing such a great staff to care for my son and I at the Short Pump location, I must say this location will see us in the future if need be. Thanks so much for your great customer service, caring hearts and warm atmosphere it meant a lot during our time of need.

I went for a covid test (BetterMeds tests are rapid) and received a false negative. The same day, I happened to take another test which took a few days to receive back; as I was waiting, my symptoms worsened, and after my third day I received a positive result. I took both covid tests an hour between each other.

Needed a Rapid COVID-19 test for work. Online reservation was easy. Emailed instructions walked me through what to do when I arrived. Once inside, the test was performed and I was led to another room to await results. Quick and painless. Staff was thorough, professional, and friendly.
