Hi Sonny - I am sorry to hear you are not a fan of the new design. The functionality of the software remains the same though (and in some ways is enhanced) so I hope it can still be of help to you. Although the look and feel is can't change, feel free to reach out the support team get the most out of the new home page and make it more your own.

2 stars for the new update. I do not think the new updated version of BI is better in terms of the layout at all. I think it looks messy, confusing, unprofessional. I do not like the big green circles, there are too many words in the same size and not enough blank space, makes it hard to read and figure out how to navigate the actual functions. I much prefer a standard layout where it looks modern and professional. This looks like something from the early 2000s. Please re-update and make it look as professional as it used to! I am a millennial and do not need large emoji type buttons on this. Save that for snap or insta! (Other than that the functions of Better Impact are great).

Hi Bella - Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you don't like the new look. Although the circles are not something you can affect, if the text you are referring to is in the left hand column, I have some good news. Most of the text you see in the left hand column is temporary and will disappear as you begin to navigate around in the software and mark your favourite pages. Those pages become available to you with one click or even a simple keystroke such Alt-1. You can make the light orange box disappear by clicking the X in the top right corner once you read about how to get to your most frequently used screens with the keystroke command.

Overall, Better Impact has been helpful to track our volunteer program. The current updates make the software more comprehensive. Would like to see the volunteer end be more user friendly with more options.

Better Impact has made it easy to keep track of our volunteers qualifications and their expiry dates. This saves a lot of time and the software is preferable to a spreadsheet. It was a bit hard to learn, but now that I know how to use most of it I really appreciate the program.

Better Impact has been very beneficial for our organization. It has been a challenge for our volunteers and the administrator modules have been at times challenging to use. However, their support team and training tools are very helpful. The system does a lot more than what we are using it for and in the future we may find that we would give a full 5 stars once we incorporate more that is offered.
