We've only just started our relationship with Better Impact, but they've already been a tremendous help. Customer service is instantaneous and always helpful. The database is rich and full of video tutorials which makes it so much easier than reading mass blocks of instructional text. The system itself is amazing compared to what we've used in the past and every day we find new features and helpful functions to use.

Better Impact for best practice! The Better Impact software system enables us to manage our volunteer program to meet National Standards, from managing risk through to reward and recognition. Creating rosters and managing hours, both tasks that have previously occupied many hours of the coordinator's time have become a thing of the past with volunteers managing their own rosters and recording hours through the timeclock function. A real time saver!
