We are still in the trial stages but have loved our experience so far in getting all of our questions answered as we take the leap into Better Impact. Amy has been wonderful to work with, has taken the time and patience to answer a few phone calls and even more emails so we know we're making the best decision for ourselves and our volunteers! MH: Better Impact is an AMAZING program! We are already seeing the impact it's making on our services after just a couple of months. The initial training was thorough and the ongoing support from staff is invaluable. It has made our jobs more streamlined and efficient. Thanks so much! DR: Better Impact has made such a huge difference for me as a Volunteer Coordinator. Is has allowed me to streamline and keep track of everything we do for volunteers in one place. Everything is so organized now, and I do not have to go multiple places to find things and the best part…… it is allowing us to go paperless!! Volunteers love using it too, as it is very user friendly and gives them access to their own information. I would definitely recommend this software!! CH: BI is great - although still learning, there are so many capabilities so far....it is making life so much easier, organized, and paperless! I honestly can't believe everything we are able to do within the program.

I really like Better Impact for the most part. There are a few quirky things that I wish were more customizable and the text message part needs work to really be effective. But it is awesome for scheduling, tracking time given, tracking awards, creating and accepting applications, and archiving volunteer information. The good things definitely outweigh the quirks.

Better Impact is a good system for managing volunteers. There are many features that can help an organization manage all aspects of a volunteer program. I appreciate that Better Impact is constantly evolving and improving functionality.

Better Impact is a great system, with regular enhancements. I love the new feature of going back and viewing recent pages - its a great time saver (and helps with back tracking when you get distracted with the norm day to day interruptions).
