This company takes great care to get background information in order to pair you with a therapist that suits your needs and personality. The flexibility offered with online interaction is so important, especially for one who has a full time job. It allows for time spent with no outside stresses or demands.

There are many great things about better help. Ive found the therapists to be experienced and of a good quality. The cost is reasonable, and the platform offers a variety of resources to help other than appointments.

What makes my experience great is my therapist! His approach to therapy and attentiveness. Easy scheduling, rescheduling and communicating with your therapist.

At first, I was hesitant about getting my established therapist in an application. However, I don't regret it because I could find an excellent professional with good experience and fantastic, warm, and knowledgeable techniques. I continue my therapy weekly online, which has dramatically helped me.

I needed to talk with someone and did not know how to go about it. Someone mentioned Better Help to me so I thought I would try them since they seemed reputable. I am so happy I did. I was matched to a great therapist who has helped me. Better Help works for me.

BetterHelp is not only healthy, but efficient. I can fit in sessions during the workday if I need to. They have made self-care easier to attain.

Better Help is an amazing platform for people that are seeking to overcoming challenges and finding support and community in this process. I was matched with what it feels to me like a perfect therapist. I choose to communicate via text (that’s an option)!!! I feel that I’m feel really supported in this match. Im also taking advantage of the unlimited psychology classes (definitely why I’m recommending Better Help to my friends) and I’m not joining a support group, I didn’t know before what kind of support group was best for me, but fortunately things are becoming more clear to me and I’m looking forward to this growth! Best wishes on your journey!
