I have anxiety, depression, adhd, plus other medical problems and we all know one med causes issues with another so here comes another pill: I work in the medical field my self so I see it day after day. I find my self opening up to strangers just to vent bc sometimes u will explode if u don’t! At least in this format u can text if ur shy or video or even phone calls!

This site was there for me when I could not find a LCPC in town that availability that worked with my schedule. In many ways it was better than in person counseling because my counselor would write back to me within a few hours of me having a thought and sending her a message. If I needed more immediate counseling she could provide that. I recommend this for anyone seeking professional guidance, especially if budget and availability are a concern.

For someone like me, who has gone to many therapists, and psychiatrists through over a decade, with no results to speak of, this is a godsend. The therapist I've received has given me tools, coping methods, exercises, and actual ways to solve and deal with my problems that have plagued me all my life. It also has the added benefit of not requiring face to face talking, which is a blessing for those with social anxiety like me.

Website and interface are super user friendly. Worksheets that my counselor uses have been helpful in focusing help. Overall so happy I gave this a try and highly recommend.
