Betterhelp has been a godsend for me. I have been struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, and agoraphobia for quite some time. It felt like a Catch-22, because getting help meant having to get out of the house, which is exactly what I needed help doing! Betterhelp matched me up with a counselor who really jibes with me, who understands my problems, and who has been teaching me great tools to deal with those problems and get better. I am so much better off now than I was when I signed up, and I plan to continue using Betterhelp for years to come.

BetterHelp has been a tremendous resource for me since my recent divorce and in processing trauma I have experienced in the past 4 years. I am a growing professional trying to get my small business off the ground while holding down two other jobs AND being a full time grad student. In person counseling is not a viable option. BetterHelp has been exactly what I needed in my own healing process, a better financial option than other counseling services, and has given me the ability to maintain my busy schedule. I would recommend this service to anyone not in a crisis situation.

This therapy has changed my life! I have trouble talking in person and looking people in the eyes, so regular therapy isn't really an option for me. This therapy is amazing, and when you find the right therapist (you can change if you don't like the first one) you'll be amazed at the things you'll be able to do, things you never thought you could before, like letting go of things of forgiving yourself. I highly recommend this to anyone in need of therapy, and especially for those that don't want (or can't) seek in person therapy.

Great place for therapy and to write your thoughts. Sometimes I'm better at writing than speaking when expressing myself, this is a great avenue for that!

I'd moved to a non-English speaking country, gone through a divorce and started a new job in a new city and I was confused and scared. I chose Betterhelp because they seemed to have the best screening process for matching me up with a compatible therapist. I really like my therapist, I like the way that the service is structured - it's very flexible, and the platform is easy to use.

They are pretty great actually. I have been in correspondence with my therapist for about a month now, they give out financial aid if you need it. They can help you understand what might've gone wrong in your life and how to make things start to go right. I would recommend it, but you need to be proactive too and not let them take advantage of you if that is the case for your own situation. Overall it has been positive, but you cannot change appointment windows which was kind of a bummer but you can change the day, not the hour, to specify...

Do yourself a favor a sign up for BetterHelp. It was so effortless to get the help I needed. I answered a few questions, they paired me with an amazing therapist and I regained myself and my husband. My therapy session is saved so I can reflect and you use the app to message your therapist and visa versa. This is truly an amazing program!!
