I tried this a few times, before actually getting an amazing counselor. I would say if you don't match with a good counselor don't give up.

This is the best thing I've spent my money on in a long time. It makes the world of a difference to me that I have someone to talk to at times that I need it the most. I'd recommend it to anyone who is new to therapy and is worried or anxious about it. For me, the Betterhelps set up helped remove those barriers.

I have have and would recommend better help to anyone who needs it. i've gone from having daily panic attacks to not have one in months. My relationship is better than it has ever been and my confidence is as high as ever. my anxiety has become more balanced. But at the end of the day I know someone is always there to talk to and get my head straight. A good thing about BetterHelp is that you can find a therapist to suit you. ( you can change at any point)

I am going through a very hard time right now better my grandmother passing away and now I am facing a major knee surgery so traditional counseling was not an option for me. I found out through a friend about BetterHelp and signing up for it was one of the best things I have ever done. My therapist is amazing. She genuinely care about my well-being and what is going on day to say. I can message her whenever I need to and we do phone sessions as well so I can get up with her at any time. She wants to know when things change in my life and how I am handling it. I really would not bring this well with everything that is going on without the hell of my therapist on BetterHelp.
