I love my counselor on Betterhelp. I call and write her multiple times per week, so I feel like she's right there with me through my struggles. It's an incredible value and much easier to fit into your life than traditional counseling. I've done traditional counseling before, and I have to say I'm liking this online format better. The frequent communication allows her to understand my day-to-day issues than just 1 hour every two weeks.

Though I've had only a few sessions via email I am pleased with not only my therapist Angela but the fast response of staff to my concerns. I think it's a good idea to try this form of reaching out for help.Affordability and no insurance company issues are just two pro's that come to mind. You can be very specific in what kind of therapist can best address your individual needs and Betterhelp does their best to accommodate that from a wide variety of professionals.

Betterhelp has been a lifesaver for me. I suffer from chronic pain and depression and have difficulty making scheduled appointments with a regular psychologist because of my pain. With betterhelp I am not only able to keep a once a week appointmet I get a daily appointment. I am able to check in daily and it has made a tremendous difference in my both my mental and physical health. Betterhelp matched me with a psycholgist who understands the issues of a chronic pain sufferer. I felt lucky to get this specialist at my fingertips, in my home giving me spot on advice. What a wonderful service. I would recommend it to everyone.
