I found this company because I was in need of accessible professional mental help. Financially it was too hard to see a professional face-to-face and my insurance wasn't helping too much. I love that I can afford this service and that I'm working with a licensed professional. I'm able to message her, and schedule phone/video sessions with her. I have a very specific situation I'm working through and I'm happy that she understands this is where I want my focus during our conversations. I do believe that I've successfully gotten through this life hurdle because I had this professional guiding me. Also, the support staff has reached out to me to make sure I'm happy with my service thus far. This customer service is the cherry on top. I am so happy with BetterHelp. I've already recommended this service to several people in my life.

I've used betterhelp on two separate occasions with two different counselors. Both times, they were outstanding individuals who helped me through so much hardship. I'm in a much better place mentally, and plan to keep talking to my counselor so that I can stay that way. I love this platform because I can be myself, talk as much as I need to, and get personalized attention from my counselor through sessions, goal setting, worksheets, etc. Its so nice just to have this person here for me to talk to whenever I need. I would recommend this to everyone, regardless of your situation. Its honestly just such a wonderful place to work through problems.

I love BetterHelp! It's truly a shame what everyone is saying about them.. after I heard about all this Youtube conspiracy stuff, I checked my counselor's license number, and she is definitely licensed... It's pretty clear that most if not all companies have sketchy terms and services so they can cover their a**, so idk why everyone is freaking out. Whatever! My counselor is kind, responsive, asks all the right questions. I would highly recommend.

The counsellor I've been matched with is friendly, helpful and convenient to talk with. We have a session a week and I can set up as many as I like, and message whenever I like. I prefer chat and I struggle to leave the house, so it's great to be able to do other things at home while receiving counselling. Those complaining about the charges, I've had my fees reduced to £88 a month, which is far cheaper than I ever expected to pay for counselling. They also tell you exactly when you will be charged following the free trial. I really like it and would recommend it to others.

Not only is being able to have counseling on your couch largely convenient, I have full confidence in my counselor. She's qualified, compassionate, and helps me with the big and little things. Also, if you are not matched on the first try with someone you connect with, it's easy to request a new counselor. I got my match on the second try. They've really helped my life.

I love the format and flexibility of it. I find it easy to connect and make time for myself to work on healing and growth with the online platform.
