Saved my life

This has been, by far, the best thing for my life. If you're a person who works odd hours and/or you don't have close access to a therapist, I would highly suggest this site. For me, I work 2nd shift that has odd hours and this website has worked out for me when things were getting tough. It doesn't matter what you have going on in your life. This site and the licensed counselors are here to help you in any way they can.

I came to better help looking for help and it has changed my life in the most tremendous ways. When I first started, I was depressed, anxious and in an abusive relationship. Bradley has been here to support and guide me everyday since we first got connected. He listened to me and helped me to acknowledge my feelings as well as process them in a healthy way. Speaking with him is as easy as talking to your best friend. He gave great advice and was able to help me become more mindful. Bradley has given me the ability to have a positive outlook in times where it is difficult to find any positivity at all. I went from crying myself to sleep nightly to being a radiant, positive, confident young person. I will always be forever grateful for the guidance as well as the kindness that he has shown me.

My counselor has been a great addition to the support system in my life. I don't think I could have gotten through the rough times without her. Better help has given me the resources I need to be mentally healthy and I wouldn't have that opportunity without their online platform.

This service is extremely convenient and a great source of personal healing. Betterhelp allowed me to receive counseling with a professional, licensed, therapist in the convenience and privacy of my own home. Not only did I have the access of my therapist during our sessions but I could message my therapist through their app at any time and received a response within 24 hours. This is a very innovative approach to personal therapy. I would recommend Betterhelp to anyone!

How could I even begin to review Dr. Faith from BetterHelp? After working with her for a year, I can truly say she has changed my life and I don't know what kind of person I would be without her.
