I've never seen therapy results like this before trying BetterHelp. The constant support and help through issues when they're actually happening has made my life so much better.

I have found Betterhelp to be a convenient and very effective service. I was matched with a wonderful, caring therapist who has helped me immensely over the past few months. I had tried traditional therapy in the past, and find this platform to be better suited to my needs, ie. being able to message whenever I feel I need to, rather than an appointment once a week. Recommend highly.

So far has been a very good experience. This is not the same as being on the couch with a counselor but it is very valuable. I would recommend this to pretty much every one. If you never had therapy before be patient it takes a bit of time for your therapist to get to know you. Those like me who had therapy and enjoy human face to face I would recommend video instead of live chat. It does feel a bit odd doing this from home but sure is more comfortable for me. Quality of service is fab. To make the most of it ensure there is no distractions. Hope this helps.

Ive been using better help for about 6 months and not only do I have an excellent therapist but the customer service has been great. The only thing I would say is to do some research about how to find a good therapist and what questions to ask. BetterHelp is like a market place for mental health providers, as such, some are better than others. If you know how to look and what questions to ask, youll find the right fit.

Betterhelp is a great platform. Unlike f2f meetings, you are really able to speak your mind. What is really rattling around up there. If you take you sessions seriously, you can really achieve a better you that can be molded to use the tools the councilors give you to cope with this insane world we live in. Lose you shame, depression and self-pity at the door. It's time to put on your thinking cap, use your sessions, join in the other discussion boards and discover you, for the better!

I had such hesitations about doing an online therapy thing. I did a bit of research before deciding it was worth giving Better Help a shot. And I'm really glad I did. Like.. you have almost constant communication with your therapist. Some are more available than others, and some only are willing to talk in a certain way (you can video chat, live chat, phone call or just send messages) but if you feel you aren't relating, you can change your councilor! And for forgetful people like me.. I'm alerted when I get a message from my Dr. and reminded, regularly, of my upcoming appointment. They still say that face to face therapy is the best thing you can do, and I'm a little inclined to agree.. just because you get a different kind of connection that you just can't get through technology. But when you don't have the money, time or transportation to do so? This is seriously helpful. I'd actually stick with BetterHelp now even if in person therapy came available to me because my current therapist feels so perfectly suited to me. And I got my Doc. on the first try. So.. just some food for thought.

If you are struggling with issues, even multiple issues in your life and need to reach out on line, trust pilot is where you should try. Immediate response, timely allocation of a counseler (?), appointment set up and making contact is very professional. Can’t recommend it enough.
