I was having a very rough time in my life and BETTERHELP popped up on my Facebook so I tried it and i am so glad i did. the program is easy, fast, and the people are well trained. I feel very confident when I am speaking my counselor. She is always there for me. And sometimes in life you need someone like that that's not friend or family. If you need help and don't know give it a try really BETTERHELP is great i swear you will not regret it.

Deborah is the most amazing christian counsler I've ever had. she has helped me on a long journey working through trauma and PTSD all the while helping me to keep my eyes on jesus and encouraging me always in the lord. Helping me to get through where I got stuck in my walk. And I am overjoyed that I've reached a place where I can move on in my life but also really sad because I'm leaving such a special person behind...

It has definitely helped me to have someone competent to speak with about my struggles, plus it's great for anyone to just be LISTENED. And sometimes that's more difficult with friends and family, because I don't feel I can just speak about my struggles for 30 minutes because they have some too to share. Here you can get professional help

amazing. its the best decision I've ever made. Most importantly how it has helped me its beyond explanation. I have access to my therapist anytiome by messages, telephone calls or even video conferencing. I was blown away to also find the little tab I missed called GROUPINARS. They are scheduled for certain days and you can join any of them that you may need. Like Forgiveness, or Trauma informed care and just log on. I was given the opportunity to go to a conventional face to face counselor and I decided to stick with betterhelp, it truly is better help. I never feel alone, my therapist answer me right away, and they matched me with the perfect person. I am beyond ecstatic. I don't have to get dressed, i dont haveto lose time from work. And no i dont miss those face to face because this is face to face or voice to voice or whatever i choose and feel comfortable with. Try it they let you for a free week!! ja cherry on top!!

I went from Talkspace to Betterhelp because I wanted to follow my counselor. The one thing I liked better with talk space was the group therapy, but I feel that I have a better relationship with my counselor through Betterhelp because it is a more reliable platform in my experience. It has sessions and links for self improvement and a great variety of counselors. I talk to mine through both text and talk sessions. I feel that it is a HIPAA compliant and reliable platform as much as it can be on a personal device. I really love better help and it makes therapy available for someone like me who works shift work even on night shift. I appreciate that I can get things off my chest as it happens through text and look back later to see how things have changed. I feel that this is the new generation of personalized therapy as I never worry about missing sessions because of traffic or because I slept in because of work, it really works for me and it could work for anyone who is busy but knows they need to work things out. As a result I feel that I have grown more confident in myself and continue growing in stability with my counselor. I love this platform and my therapy because I really have noticed a change. If you're hesitant give it a shot, it's better than not doing anything for yourself and you can change your counselor if you need. Mental health is like physical health, you need to work at it and Betterhelp is like having a home gym you can take with you anywhere, you are worth the time and you are worth talking about this is a great platform and I cant reccomend it enough.

So far its looking good for me and I appreciate that this site was an option for me. I’m getting my counseling needs taken care of in an appropriate way that is cost saving and confidential. I recommend this site for any one looking for counseling help.

BetterHelp did help! Started therapy for the first time ever half a year ago. The affordability and convenience comparing to traditional in person counseling won me over. Possibly more affective in some ways in my opinion since you can messsge and check in with your counselor at any time, even though they don’t need to respond to you right away it’s sfill a great way to help keep yourself on track. I’ve since referred friends and family to try it and they all stayed. I can’t recommend it enough!
