BetterHelp has really been a godsend for me. Being able to communicate with my counselor whenever I want either through messages or video meetings is such a great option that other places don't seem to offer. I was matched with an amazing counselor who truly understands me and provides me with meaningful and helpful advice on how to navigate through some of the life issues I've been dealing with. I have recommended BetterHelp to all of my friends and hope that everyone gets the chance to experience this great platform.

I recommend the plan that offers live counseling sessions. In addition to chat option the sessions are helpful in voicing a lot of concerns at once. If you cannot afford the more expensive plan you can ask for financial aid. I am signing up for a second month. I enjoy it more than traditional therapy it is more comprehensive.

Wonderful. A therapist at your fingertips. It's amazing how having a Proffessional to speak to in call can change how U feel about your issues and the work. I feel strong and able to tackle all my problem s. I was able to overcome dear of inpatient treatment for eating disorder and gain insight on weight gain and also other aspects of life issues seems to disipate. I felt validated and smart and happy for the first time in years.

I'm not some robot, I'm a normal 24 year old who is lost in life. This is a fantastic company. Every therapist around me is 150$-500$ a session. I also dont get to email/message my therapist constantly, with a timely response, for that money. So when I saw this company was only 65$ a week, with unlimited messages, and 1 video/phone session. I couldn't believe it. Its true though, I have responses to every message from my therapist every day. I have gotten messages at all hours of the day/night. I was matched with a therapist that really was perfect for me. Plus all of our conversations are saved so I can go back and remind myself of what she said to me. Theres also workshops for different types of trauma that are free that help you really learn what you need to about yourself/your situation. I would recommend this to anyone including my own family. WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

Betterhelp was exactly the type of counseling I needed. The counselor I was assigned was professional but understanding and supportive. I found it much easier to articulate my concerns in writing on my own schedule rather than making an appointment to go to an office and speak with someone in person.

My schedule is insanely chaotic, which has made seeing a typical counselor/therapist difficult. I was very pleased to find Betterhelp. They matched me with an excellent counselor who specializes in my specific needs (depression, substance abuse, marriage issues). The app allows me to send her a message at any time and scheduling our sessions is super easy. I really like that we can video chat for our sessions, since face to face support is important to me. It is not a cheap service, but also not nearly as expensive as some professionals charge. Worth every penny so far and I highly recommend for anyone even questioning if they could benefit from someone to talk to.
