I found Betterhelp in a very difficult time of my life. I could not afford to go to private counsellor at the time and i also live in a foreign country and it wasn't easy to express myself in a non native language. Betterherlp team is always there to help and to solve any questions or problems you may have. They have experienced professional counsellors with whom you can work online anytime. I have foung an amazing counsellor that i am very happy to work with. I strongly recommend Betterhelp to anyone wishing to follow counselling or talking with an expert.

I went through a lot of traumatic events in a very short period of time. I already am prone to depression and I just started a new job- total recipe for disaster. Betterhelp is the best option for me and my hectic schedule. My counselor is wonderful and I look forward to our sessions every week. I also enjoy that I can message her in real time when things are going on and not have to worry about remembering for a session next week.

From the ease of getting started, to the options which allowed me to select the type of councilor I needed, the process of getting engaged was made simple and gave confidence. I especially liked the ability to select a secular counselor, as I am not religious and faith based answers are of no help to me. A short time after joining I was reached out to by my counselor and have been experiencing valuable insights ever since. Highly recommended if you're like me, someone who will procrastinate trying to find an in-person counselor even though you know a counselor could help you process what is happening much better than going it alone. It's counseling on your schedule. Worth every dollar.
