Better help has been really amazing! My wife originally started it first after the passing of our daughter. It has been very flexible for our busy lifestyle running businesses together. I especially love the chat option. It makes it really easy to communicate with our therapists and allows us the opportunity to get feedback without having to do a session. I also really appreciate the price point. It's not nearly as expensive as other therapy options but still is effective. I would highly recommend for anyone who lives a very busy lifestyle and does not have the availability to go to a physical location. The only downside is that you cannot meet with your therapist in person which I personally am very much about face to face.

If you're having doubts, don't. I'm just like you in, that sense. Give it a shot for a few sessions at least. I hope it won't disappoint you :)

I asked to be matched with a counselor who has a combination of religious and psychological background and skills. My faith is important to me and informs my thinking, but I also believe in Psychology and the sciences of the mind. I wanted to talk to a therapist who had experience with both. I was pleased to be matched with a therapist who was able to hone right in on underlying issues and help me get straight to the point. Just wanted to update prevoius review they totally redeemed themselves for just took a little longer than I had hoped to fix my billing issue but I couldn't of asked for a better therapist truly am blessed
