Renee S. at BetterHelp has worked with me on a multitude of issues for a year and a half. I feel better and more at peace with myself than I’ve felt in years AND she has helped me rebuild family relationships that I thought were beyond repair. I love the fact that I can use BetterHelp regardless of where in the world I am. I travel a lot internationally and have lived in a myriad of overseas locations—changing locations every few years due to work. The fact that I can have the same therapist regardless of what time zone I am in has been life-changing for me. Can’t say enough good things about Renee - and BetterHelp in general.

I was skeptical that counseling by computer and phone would work. It was actually better for me than the past times I have met with a counselor in person. I found an excellent counselor and she really helped me through a tough time. I definitely recommend Better Help. Their process helped me find a great fit.

Betterhelp was effective and affordable. My counselor was exactly what I needed! I was able to overcome severe PTSD and develop practical strategies in managing my depression and anxiety and coping skills necessary for life.

BetterHelp is really the greatest app ever. I’ve quit so many therapists but I love the ease of scheduling, personalization and help that BetterHelp offers. I love my therapist. I love that I can schedule multiple ways; calls, text, video. I don’t have to go into an office or take much time out of my day. I’ve talked to my therapist in the car, in the grocery store etc... it’s just such a great idea. I really needed therapy and this delivery system is just amazing.

I really like the system so far. I have been paired with a counselor that I feel suits my needs really well.

I have difficulty sharing. And a therapist is probably the last person I would do it with. With betterhelp and their aspect of matching client to the therapist- it has helped me open up and be true to myself as well. Thanks BetterHelp.

This format is absolutely perfect. I feel safe to be vulnerable. I love the ability to type out of my feelings, analyzing my situations as I go. It's like prompted journaling, but not as tediously exhausting. The feedback and validation I receive from Brooke boosts my energy and self-confidence.

I feel safer and more comfortable to know that I have someone to solve my problems with me on the other side of the screen, I feel better when knowing I'm not alone to deal with the messy problems in my life, and the counselor is professional and licensed in helping me on my way. Though if your first counselor does not suit you well, I'd advice u to change them. My first one wasnt suitable for me and I felt better help was not a good app or good value for money, but after i switched it went alot better.
