I was pretty nervous to do counseling over video calls, phone calls, chat, etc.. but I've REALLY enjoyed it. I know that my counselor is especially helpful and really makes it what it is. So if you aren't clicking with your counselor, definitely try a new counselor. Buy yeah, I've really enjoyed BetterHelp. I use the website, the app on my iPad, on my iPhone. I write to my counselor anytime something is on my mind and he responds pretty quickly but I usually write things so I can think back and we can talk about them on our weekly call.

Better Help is the future of therapy! I have been in and out of therapy from a young age and upon coming to college I felt SO discouraged because I could not find the right therapist who met my needs within my area.
