I’m not one for leaving reviews, but BetterHelp warrants one. I used the mobile app, and it was smooth, intuitive, and easy to navigate. The service was able to match me with a counselor who was qualified, experimented, and attentive to my needs. I cannot recommend BetterHelp enough, especially if you have a busy schedule.

I've tried conventional counseling for 20 years and could not make sense of it. I struggle with anxiety and depression. Setting up a meeting at a specific time with a conventional counselor wasn't working because my anxiety was unpredictable enough that I would not be fully present during the appointment. I know it's tough to talk face-to-face, when you got some issues going on. And this is a pretty good place to start out. I mean I've only been doing this for a week, and the guy they've set me up with has been really good gentle kind. I don't know ways to describe. I think it's good for someone that at least needs to get something off their chest. And you're always allowed to talk to these people later. When you have the comfort to do so.
