It's very easy to get started. Matches a therapist that will help your individual needs. Sessions have multiple options to choose from. It's helpful in more ways than one

The visits with the therapist where the best. There are many lectures and groups that also meet online and the few I attended were greatly helpful. My need was met mostly with the therapist. Others may find communication by text and many more group sessions and lectures helpful too. The plans are a bit limited to two levels, full and maintenance. Betterhelp is a nice idea.
