King S.
Awful, damaging experience.
How is it that the only way to properly search for an appropriate therapist is to get a customer services representative to do it for you, and even when they do all of the matches are wildly inappropriate? It's a serious waste of everyone's time and energy and just causes enormous frustration for all involved. Why can't I, as a user of your service, perform a simple search for the criteria I am looking for in a therapist and then order and sort those as I see fit to find the best match? I am now on my second month and still have not found a single person that is able to help me, I am desperate and increasingly distressed with this service that is supposed to help rather than cause further harm. Absolutely appalling that I am expected to pay a lot of money for a clearly broken, poorly thought out system. Customer services are zero help, simply repeating pointless scripted responses and refusing to give direct answers to my questions. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unnecessary in this age of technology! This is basic, common sense stuff! You are causing actual harm to vulnerable people who dare to have hope that you can help them improve their lives.
