One App, that will actually "Help" you. Mental illness is not a craziness, it is a ailment that is curable and can be worked on professionally. I've found it so helpful on Better Help since, I can always text or call my counselor whenever I feel low, anxious or depressed. That is I feel the best thing of such kind of counselling, since you get to feel heard whenever you are feeling like to be heard.

BetterHelp has made it possible for me to get counseling "on-demand" as well as set regular appointments with my counselor for whatever way works for me- whether it be phone, texting, or facetime. I'm very busy traveling for work about 70% of the time, so setting a weekly time with a counselor to go to their office and sit there is impossible. But- it is clear to me and my friends and family that I need consistent therapy right now. My mental health shouldn't have to suffer because of my job restrictions- but BetterHelp has saved my life by letting me have counseling when I need it and is flexible on how I get it. I love BetterHelp and have recommended it to many friends, family and colleagues! My husband now uses it and my boss is super supportive of it- allowing me to take a session in a private space even while I'm at my coprorate headquarters! I have struggled to find counseling that fit my needs. This app changed my life for the better. Having an app on my phone that can truly heal you is incredible 2019. The app has so many counselors I was matched with an absolutely wonder one less than 24 hours after signing up. Since then we have done so much good work together. I finally feel in control of my mental health with betterhealth. I can choose my councilor and how and when we speak.

I love the options that BetterHelp provides. I was provided with a survey to help them pair me with a good therapist. The means of communication options are a plus for me. I was able to choose video or phone scheduled sessions, but also able to chat/message my therapist whenever I needed.
