I’m glad my friend told me about BetterHelp. I got matched to a great therapist and she’s helped me in more ways than one.

I am really enjoying this service as it offers a tailored approach to mental health. It pairs you up with therapists that specialise on the challenges you are going through. Online sessions mean That you get to have sessions where you feel most comfortable and not in an unfamiliar space. The platform has online group sessions as well. You can also write journal entries that if you choose to, you can share with your counsellor. And on top of that, it’s much more affordable than the traditional alternatives. It’s also good for when you are travelling because you don’t miss out on sessions because you are away. Highly recommend it!

I can say this clearly. In conjunction with a competent and insightful therapist, being able to writhe messages in as much detail to her is in itself is therapeutical because it allows one to express issues more expansively with more depth of detail giving the therapist some information that may not arise in as much depth in a conversation. In addition to the above, at least as far as my therapist is concerned, she allows me to have either an hour a week or two half hours. In fairness to any therapist at Better help, if I write a great deal, it can be more difficult for my therapist to give me a full hour during those weeks when it occurs, but frankly it's not a concerning issue.
