Very good therapy platform!

BetterHelp have the best prepared therapist working how do I know that well simply put in a few words, knowing where I was my therapist has been able to guide me and I can tell you my life has changed for the better. I have to also mention the team anything you need they have a great team where they will answer your questions and help you in anything you need.

My therapist Gregory Rico is such a great fit for me. I immediately connected with him. He’s honest, I am honest…even if it feels icky. He has a great way of communicating and he understands me almost like he’s known me for years! I am really grateful for his willingness to help me with all of the stuff I am trying to navigate and accomplish. Thank you Greg Rico and BetterHelp!

Better Help is a wonderful MENTAL HEALTH platform that provides healing and wholeness through counseling, courses, and community. You are given the opportunity to be linked to a licensed therapist of your choice weekly. You are also able to journal, select specific courses, complete worksheets and join a community of people around the world. Since joining Better Help, there has been a significant change in my confidence, mindset on specific core values and relationships. I would definitely recommend Better Help.

My therapist listens constructively and follow up with advice, or a summary of my thoughts and feelings or what I experienced. (I have been in sessions where the only thing that was done, frankly, was for myself to talk. The therapist would rarely intervene, ask for clarification or explanation of what I said. ). The therapy website is conducted and maintained in an ethical manner, in accordance with HIPPAA and Ive not noticed anything that does not support these observations.

I really like how I was able to choose my therapist. I gave my information and Better Help sent a list of providers that would be best suited for my needs. All of their qualifications, specialized areas, and information was right there. It really made the process easy and I was able to make the right choice for me. The flexibility I have with Better Help, and my therapist, is so great because I have crazy work hours some days. So to have so many options was really convenient. I highly recommend Better Help, not just because of the convenience, but because then level of care is stellar!
