BetterHelp is a great service. It’s convenient and easy to use. They offer several ways ways you can communicate with your therapist; messaging, video chat and phone calls. The therapists/counsellors are helpful and attentive. The price is affordable. They have a financial assistance program that you can apply for too, if you don’t have enough money to pay the full price.

Online therapy is a great way to correspond because it allows ample time to really think things over and I can correspond when I really feel I need to, not just at some pre-determined time.

I've had a good experience with the site and my counselor is great. I like that I have the option to change counselors so easily, even though I haven't needed to. The flexibility with how and when to communicate with my counselor is fantastic. She's a message away at most times.
