BetterHelp has been a godsend for me. I love the convenience of counseling sessions from the comfort of my own home. The therapist I've been matched with is amazing. Yet, if I wasn't happy, it would be easy to request another therapist. I love BetterHelp's website/interface- the reminding of appts, logging in to video sessions, journaling, etc., all work seamlessly! Very easy to navigate. I cannot say enough good- if you're contemplating signing up- just do it! You really have nothing to lose, and your life will improve!

BetterHelp is extremely helpful, especially for busy people. You have a message board that you can write on at anytime, so instead of having to wait in between appointments, you can write it all down as things happen. My therapist gets back to me within 24 hours. You can also do phone calls, video chats, etc. Its whatever works best for you and you alone. It's a "go at your own pace" kind of thing. You can be in contact with your therapist as little or as much as you like. I highly recommend this service!

So convenient to get the help I need without the hassle of driving to and from someone’s office. My experience has been with a professional therapist who treats me with care and concern and respect. I've been using the better help platform for a year now, it is a wonderful alternative for people who can't afford going into Therapy in a more conventional way which costs too much money. But here over Better help you can find great Psychologists and Social workers for a very low and affordable price. My life has really changed for better since I have found Better help. I would recommend this service in an instance and without any hesitation.
