I am so glad that I made the decision to seek counseling from BetterHelp. Previously when I wanted to talk to a professional I would have to wait 2 weeks to see my therapist, and having Shelley there to message and chat with from the comfort of my home several times a week is amazing. I feel so supported. They chose the perfect person for me, who is knowledgeable about my situation. BetterHelp has exceeded my expectations, and I'm so glad I gave them a chance.

Here to help in anyway possible. The company is very flexible and makes me feel like I am not alone, but not overwhelming. The app provides great ways to connect to fur all comfort levels. I love it.

BetterHelp is a reliable plattform to find trained professionals in mental health. They make a close following of the user issues and respond any question in timely manner.

I love that betterhelp offers messaging options. I feel that I’m able to think about what I want to talk about. And when I wake up in the morning I’m able to view what she said. I also like that you’re able to send messages anytime. I like being able to get a timely response instead of waiting a couple weeks until the next session. I’ve also been paired with a very he helpful counselor, I tried a counselor in my area and it just wasn’t helping. My betterhelp counselor has been extraordinary and has helped me through so much. Through abandonment from my parents to the death of my guardian, she’s been incredibly supportive.

I have a medical situation at the moment not making it possible to drive. I very much wanted to pick back up with counseling, without having to wait until I am able to drive again. I went online and looked at options. Ultimately I decided to try BetterHelp, and I am SO glad I did. Good counselors are very hard to find, so my expectations were not too high.... Defying all expectations ~ My counselor is one of the Best I have ever had. I highly recommend giving it a try!!

Before I worked with Alyson Kohl, I had not had good experiences. They were not effective and too expensive for what I got out of it. Working with Alyson I feel supportive in a very down to earth way. She is good at helping me see situations in another way that is more realistic and helps to reduce the hurt. I only saw her a few sessions but benefited in that short time period. I would recommend her to others who want someone who is a good, nonjudgmental listener and gives productive feedback and suggestions.
