The best therapy I've had in a long time. My counselor is amazing and a true professional. The ability to have contact with my counselor through this platform throughout the week without having to wait for our live session is awesome. It's affordable and I feel you get way more out of this for the cost than with a walk-in platform that is one a week only. It's convenient. My hours are crazy so having the ability to message any time and have live sessions from work or home takes stress off my schedule. There is no excuse with this platform. BetterHelp is amazing!! One thing I struggle with alot is talking about myself in person. This form of counciling removes that hurdle allowing myself to heal. My councilor and I have covered alot of ground in a short time! Don't think that would have been possible face to face.
