I love BetterHelp. Being paired with the right counselor/therapist/professional truly makes the difference! I was first paired with someone who mainly repeated what I said and made me feel like I was talking to myself (me: "I feel a bit depressed today." Them: "it sounds like your feeling your depression today, that can be really hard" - end of conversation, nothing more...) which just didn't work for me. My current and second counselor is INCREDIBLE! I've never felt so comfortable diving into my deepest issues. Being able to choose between a chat, phone, or video session is perfect when my anxiety makes me anti-social - I can just change to a chat session, no problem. If you're debating whether or not to sign up, do it. It's worth every penny.

If you are someone who is looking for a more affordable way to get some professional help, BetterHelp is a great option. I am someone who always forget to mention things, and much rather try to address my issues than waste time explaining them. With BetterHelp, I can type out all my thoughts and feelings, and when the time comes for a face to face chat, you are likely to be able to address and talk about the issues, rather than spend precious time on working on healing explaining the situation. Highly recommend!

BetterHelp is an incredible tool to have at your fingertips!! There are so many great counselors on here waiting to help you work through any issues you have, or just to listen. BetterHelp is a great way to receive counseling help from the comfort of your own home. The counselor I work with is very insightful and empathetic, and I feel like I have learned so much. I like that the platform also for different type of communication too!
