Please please please seek help! I was never a believer in counseling or therapy. Betterhelp has changed that opinion. If nothing else, you can simply unload your concerns on a non-invested third party. They don't know you and don't judge. They just listen and provide suggestions. I am a new better person as a result of this service. I was ready to give up... Now I'm living! I've not reached the finish line, but at least I'm in the race now! Help is not weakness... Help is power!
