Better Help is amazing. My counselor is very knowledgeable, supportive, and provides great insights and suggestions. It has helped me so much so far with my anxiety and depression.

I was initially very hesitant to try counseling online. I thought I would miss the face to face style too much, but this has been the best counseling experience I have ever had! I was given actual strategies to help reset my mindset and take control of how much I was choosing to suffer in my current situation. I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown, but the counselor I was matched with has an ability to allow for radical acceptance and the tools to equip me to move forward. It wasn't long before I had my daughter signed up as well and she is having a fantastic experience!

Highly recommend Better Help. I recently relocated to a new state and currently don't havd access to healthcare through my employer. I looked into betterhelp and thought I would give it a try... By far the best therapy experience I have had. I have seen my fair share of in person therapists and I absolutely love them but what I love even more is that with betterhelp you can message your therapist and they get back to you relatively quickly compared to in person traditional you'd have to wait till your next session.

Betterhelp makes getting therapy easy. There are wonderful, competent therapists who are able to provide the same care as an office setting but make the services more accessible. I’m so grateful for this forum. I never would’ve gotten through this last year without betterhelp.

I feel like I was extremely lucky to discover Better help when I did. At a time when my life pretty much fell apart it was the answer to a deep need of counseling without the added time burden of traveling to see a councilor. I was paired with a spectacular councilor who matched my specifications and was both knowledgeable and helpful. Being able to just send a text message when a full session was not practical was amazing as well as the ability to do multiple formats. I took advantage of this counseling for just over a year and found it to be money very well spent. Thank you for making counseling more accessible within the confines of today's gross time constraints.

I am so thankful for this newfound support! I am starting on some rough personal work and the messaging, phone calls and videos made available weekly are so helpful. My counselor has added in much needed support and much healthier coping tools into my processing of thoughts and emotions, my communicating with my partners. I'm learning to identify emotions and just be more honest with myself.
