My councilor is very easy to speak with, she is genuinely trying to help me deal with my problems and I find it working with her to be very comfortable. Betterhelp also offers financial aid for people who cant afford the whole cost which I really liked because I cant afford the whole cost, and I am still able to get the therapy I need.

This is the best counseling experience I have ever had. I got connected with the perfect therapist. She and I have progressed so far in just six months. I feel like a different person. Being able to text anytime and record my thoughts and feelings as they are being experienced are the key to a successful experience. Every week I am given an assignment or something to write and think about. That too is something I’m not used to. I’ve been through many counselors. This is it for me. I won’t go anywhere else. Every week when I have my FaceTime session, I can be anywhere. Home, pulled over on the side of the road, on vacation in the pool. Doesn’t matter. Being open and hungry for change is important, and this I believe will inspire through the times when it is difficult to find the hunger.

Absolutely love BetterHelp, it had helped me so much, and is so convenient & will fit any schedule! Many counselors work at night and weekends! My counselor really cares and really listens to me, that's not something I found with any counselor I ever saw in person. There is a counselor at BetterHelp for everyone, they are so diverse and you can change at any time. I recommend BetterHelp to everyone I can, it had made such a difference in my life.

It's all been helpful with the many issues I face and have faced in my life. I was paired up with a counselor so perfect for me. I've never come even held way close with a perfect match for a counselor in my life. But when you are able to best describe the overall goal you are looking to achieve in therapy and also give your best answers as to what you need and do not need for a counselor when you go through the begging question-air, you are paired so accurately to a professional. And because of that it gives hope to achievement. I'm so blessed to have a counselor who believes a lot in what I do and a lot of how I think and feel. I don't feel so alone and can trust her word better and her expertise.

I didn’t had any issues trusting Better Help but I also haven’t used it for longer than a month so I guess the future will tell. But in that time my information stayed secure and the app gave me the sense that there were a lot of measures to protect my identity.
