I could not be more pleased with my experience with my BetterHelp counselor. The service is affordable and my conversations with my counselor, both through messaging and over the phone, have been insightful and very helpful in organizing my thoughts and emotions. I highly recommend BetterHelp for anyone who is going through some hard times, difficult situations, or just would like a neutral and knowledgeable person to be a sounding board for them.

I am very satisfied with the counseling

I was going through a very difficult time over the holidays and really needed a counselor to talk to. Betterhelp was fantastic because I was able to join and start communicating with my counselor that evening without having to wait days for an appointment or without having to leave my home. It's a great option.

Overall, it's extremely helpful. It's self paced and counselors are awesome.

BetterHelp is amazing! I love the app and the entire idea as a whole! It’s especially awesome how through the app & website they are able to give me professional, experienced, knowledgeable licensed therapists right at my fingertips. I chose the perfect counselor for me and noticed positive changes after just a couple weeks. This is something more people should know about and use because the benefits are great and BetterHelp makes access to therapy so easy!

This is my second time using Betterhelp and I think my favorite part about it is that it's such a great value. There are so many benefits not available with in-person counseling; 4 years ago I finished my in-person therapy which lasted 3 years. Although my insurance covered it and i had a small copay, I would rather pay for BetterHelp because the messaging that you can do on Betterhelp's website- between sessions- is a huge help. There were many times when, during in-person therapy, I wanted to talk to my therapist in between sessions when some gnarly event happened but I couldn't because I only had the 1 day/week option. Bettterhelp has a lot of therapists to choose from and you can tell that Betterhelp wants their service to be high quality because they send random questionnaires to clients, asking for their feedback. To me, that's a sign of a company who cares.

I was encouraged to sign up for counselling by my adult daughter. I was a little reluctant at first but eventually relented. I am so glad that I did. After registering and stating the issues I felt I needed to address with a counselor, I was matched with someone who is empathetic, non-judgmental and tuned into my counselling needs. I have found that counseling through BetterHelp has been helpful. Since starting counseling, I have begun to address some of the issues that I had suppressed regarding my upbringing which had been interfering with my complete enjoyment of my life. I highly recommend BetterHelp as a convenient and effective counseling source.

I looked for counselling at the advice of family. And I got a real help, opening and discus my problems, being able to understand where are the problems and to improve. The counsellor was looking for me to be well, all the time asking myself how I am, making myself to think and discuss, seeing the problem and with the problem identifing the solution. She showed a real interest to be well.
