Easy to use app + website and my therapist is AMAZING! She listens to me and I really look forward to it each week. She also messages me every week between our appointments to check in which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend BetterHelp to everyone!

Better Help has changed my life. Vita Solano my therapist has encouraged me to go on my healing journey using a number of modalities. I feel empowered by her encouraging me to seek information from numerous sources and follow various journalling programs. I highly recommend Better Help. The daily journal prompts are very good at reminding you to focus on feelings. Although I do not always write a written response in the App it does jolt me into focussing on an answer.
