It's convenient being able to meet with a counselor from home (or anywhere with a smartphone), and being able to choose different formats (video call, chat, voice only). I wish BetterHelp were more affordable, but I know counseling is expensive. I'm lucky; the first person they paired me with is a good fit, and that's rare in real life.

BetterHelp can be a life-saving tool that's easily accessible and affordable to use. I suffer from bipolar disorder, which means I can and do fall into deep valleys of depression. Without the help of a counselor who was there just to listen and offer support was life-saving. Especially awesome is that if you can't afford the monthly payments, they will work with you on a sliding scale.

I think if you’re considering getting help but are in a bad place or scared to seek physical help, Betterhelp is perfect. It has helped me a lot and they are very flexible if you can’t afford the full price. The therapist are very professional and have helped me a ton. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone seeking help mentally and emotionally.
