Betterhelp is truly a godsend for those of us who just need a listening ear and some expert advice. It’s great because the counselors are licensed therapists and they truly are chosen just for you and your specific issues. How they are chosen specifically for you is through the answers and quick explanation you give to them before a therapist is assigned. My counselor is wonderful, quick to respond, and knowledgeable on the topics with which I have some trouble. I get the tools I need, even with my busy schedule. It’s super convenient to call, text, or live chat with my therapist whenever I want!

I highly recommend this service. I was having troubling finding a good fit locally, and feeling frustrated that no one understood me, once I tried BetterHelp I was matched immediately with a wonderful and understanding person.

I love Better Help. I have never been to therapy before, so it’s nice I can do it whatever way I want in the comfort of my own home. I love that you can search through therapist/counselors to find the one that meets your needs. There is never any pressure. If you feel like you just don’t connect well with your therapist, that’s ok! You can easily change therapist without any awkwardness. The payments are straightforward and the customer service is extremely quick in replying. I highly recommend Better Help!!

Counseling (online has been my experience) has helped me a LOT! It has helped ground and center me. It allows me to engage throughout the day as wanted or needed, without looking at a calendar or a clock. Not every counselor is for every client..there will probably be some hit and miss along the way. Keep going! Even the so-called 'fails' are a benefit (even if it's not apparent at the time). Eventually (but hopefully right away) you will land on the counselor that is right for you. I can't imagine my counselor, Tanya Goodman, not being perfect for everyone! She's the best! If the struggle is whether or not to try online counselling..try it! If the struggle is which counselor to choose..choose Tanya! I did..and I regret neither decision! I'm not fixed..but i am a whole lot better..there is hope now..and color! Not every day..but way more than before!

Affordable and great way to get into therapy if you are new to it. I was always intimidated by the idea of having a therapist and sitting on "That" chair. Betterhelp makes the experience feel casual and the ability to reach out to your counselor almost everyday allows you to make a strong habit of tending to your mental health.

I am so happy I found this website. As a single mom, working full time, I couldn’t figure out how to work therapy into my schedule. Better help now gives me the flexibility to talk to a therapist whenever i can. You can text all times and schedule video or phone sessions. i was skeptical at first because I did not feel like i clicked with the first therapist they assigned me. however, i just clicked on the app i wanted to change, scrolled through different therapist and was able to find a new one who i totally vibed with. She has helped me so much. I cannot recommend this site enough!

Very convenient and helpful. I always took advantage of the video session option, which suited me well. I had no glitches caused by issues with the app.

I love BetterHelp. I wish I had started sooner. They work with you on pricing if you can't afford it and the selection of counselors is simply wonderful. I feel heard and my life and relationships have improved in a matter of days!
