Helen Ward is a very effective counselor on BetterHelp with excellent communication skills. I am so pleased BetterHelp connected her with me! I felt comfortable early on as I quickly developed a strong trust. I feel she focuses on what I am saying. She is nonjudgmental and accepting and able to start where I am. And I am often lost in tangents of avoidance. She then helps me navigate my difficult and stressful times showing empathy as though she is standing in my shoes. I do feel understood and heard. BetterHelp seems to include very professional consultants to wrestle with many challenges. Helen Ward, as others doesn’t try to solve my problems but keeps me on track toward the solution that I am sure she already knows. She has excellent problem-solving skills to help me to cognitively identify and make changes to my negative thought patterns and other harmful behaviors. She seems flexible in counseling by adapting and changing the way she responds to meet my needs when I need a different approach. She has the self-awareness to look within me and identify my needs for intimacy and my desire to be professionally competent. And, she seems aware of people from all walks of life. She displays the ability to work with and respect my lifestyle by relating to me and understanding me regardless of whatever my multicultural background is. I am very pleased and happy with BetterHelp. It doesn't matter where my travels lead me, Helen Ward with BetterHelp.com is there to help me when I need it. Just can't get any better than that!

BetterHelp is amazing. Other private counseling options are typically very expensive and inconvenient because you have to visit in person. BetterHelp is both affordable and convenient with the many ways to keep in touch with counselors via messaging, video or audio calls. Better has tremendously help me it all aspect. I have the greatest counselor called Tasha wilder and she's very good. She's so patient with you she listen to you. She gives you worksheet to work on yourself to get you to think. We have all sort of consultation over the phone, video , and messaging. Book with better help and you won't regret you did.

It is an incredible safe space for you to share your problems. I have been paired with the perfect counsellor and I do believe that is because of the survey you fill out at the beginning. Because it puts you with someone who will understand the specific issues that you are going through. I have had therapy on the NHS and although I would never want to bash the NHS I am so glad I spent the money on better help because it helped me so much more in such a smaller amount of time.

Truly grateful for this website, helped me when I couldn’t afford to see a therapist in person, and helped me just as much, in a format I was personally more comfortable with. Can’t recommend enough if you need some help sorting out your mental and spiritual health. 5/5 stars.

I would definitely recommended better help for everyone. It's super convenient and helpful.

This platform for therapy puts the help you need at your finger tips. My therapist has gotten to know me so well so quickly, and since I do better with texting because of my anxiety, we can communicate whenever I need to. I can be provided comfortable or validation at the time but more importantly leave each message and session with new tools to help myself. This is the therapy experience I was looking for elsewhere and unable to find.

BetterHelp has been a great help to me. The interface is very easy to use and the counselor I have worked has been great and very supportive so far. The concept of online counseling is invaluabele in our fast-paced, digital society. I still think seeing a counselor face-to-face is preferable, but BetterHelp is an amazing, additional resource.
