BetterHelp is a fantastic website, helping those who struggle with mental health issues at the click of a few buttons and within the comfort of our own homes. This service is worth every cent, for me anyway. I have found it to be useful, helpful and moreover, find it has been a better experience than any in person counseling I've had. Highly recommend this service.

Seeing a counselor through BetterHelp is so convenient. I don't have to leave my house (which we aren't allowed to do anyways during this pandemic) but I can still talk with a competent and experienced therapist about what I am struggling with in my life.

The first therapist I connected with was the only one I needed. BetterHelp does a good job connecting people with quality mental and emotional health services. Additionally, the platform makes working with your therapist a constant work in progress rather than showing up to an office once a week or so. The ability to write directly to a professional in the moment I feel distress or trouble has made dealing with tough situations much less challenging.

Better help has been a godsend for me. I work 9 to 6 Monday to Friday which lines up with just about every doctor's office hours I've seen around me. Betterhelp is on your schedule. I can work with my counselor on video, call or text chat whenever they are available which is way better hours than normal office hours. A good amount of assistance is available late into the evening as well as on weekends. If you need help but can't make it work on a 9 to 5 schedule, this is the way to go

I wasn’t sure this would work, but I was desperate. I like their platform. I like the way you can write your counsellor in between appointments. My first counsellor (assigned to me) was good, but just not a fit for me. This second one I switched to is excellent. What a relief to be able to send messages whenever I need and to book appointments directly in the system on my phone. I recommend BetterHelp.
