I've been in face to face counselling before, but the expense does make me think twice. I found BetterHelp through internet searches and read some reviews and decided to give it a try. I was matched with someone who lives in my state and works with the issues I have. After two sessions I can see a light at the end of the tunnel (and it isn't the train rushing toward me!). I can either talk, message or video chat - my choice. It works. My budget can afford it as well.
