BETTER HELP Has helped me navigate through some very difficult life changes. My counsellor is phenomenal and always thinking of ideas and activities that best suit me to navigate these hard times. I never feel as though shes doing this just because she has too. She is clearly passionate about helping people. I've really enjoyed my time on better help and continue to look forward to working on the challenges that life has thrown at me!

I don't think I would have realistically spent the time to seek out a counselor and go into the office. With BetterHelp my excuse for not getting the psychological care that I needed it removed and I'm so much better for it. I really appreciate the ease of use and the focus on user experience.

I was a 💯% skeptical that BetterHelp was too good to be true. But I needed the help and needed it fast. This was a couple months ago, and I knew getting an appointment at an office would take at least a week or more. So I took the plunge and signed up for BetterHelp. It was really easy. I took a quiz to help pair me with what I was looking for. It populated a list that same day. After I made my choice I had an appointment the very next day. I have been meeting with Sabrina every week since and I love it so much!! BetterHelp is definitely worth a try if you need someone to talk to.... and right now, couldn’t we all use someone like that?!!

BetterHelp is an amazing resource that gave me the flexibility to manage my mental health by communicating with professionals who really helped me out during a difficult period in my life. Because of how accessible BetterHelp was, I got the resources and tools I needed to manage my depression and anxiety that I wouldn’t have gotten without this app.
