I totally recommend Better Help!
I was skeptical about online therapy, but it turned out to be better than some in person therapy I've had. It is important to consider that therapists can be very different and I don't know if all of them will be as good as mine. The downside is that it took them a few days to match me with a therapist, and I was sort of impatient. I would then recommend you to try the free week when possible so you don't feel like you're paying for the wait. My therapist answers my messages once a day, and although this is amazing, don't expect it to be like a live chat session. They seem to have a bunch of worksheets that are pretty interesting to fill, but sometimes I've got the impression that they were unrelated to my main issue and it was a bit frustrating to have to complete them anyways. Once I expressed to my therapist that I needed to talk about my problem instead of jumping directly to these worksheets, she gave me an extra session that week to discuss this. I felt a difference straight away. She's teaching me not only how to get out of the emotional horrible state I was in but she's also giving me tools that I'm sure, will stay with me for the rest of my life.
