I found a wonderful therapist and I find video conferencing just as could as face to face therapy

I am so happy that I found BetterHelp, especially in such chaotic times! By matching up with my therapist, I have found that getting through day by day is easier and therefore, manageable. With the limitations to in-office appointments, this is the next best (if not better) thing! Thank you BetterHelp for being there when we need it the most!

BetterHelp fills the urgent void in the mental health and well being landscape - it is staffed with first-rate counselors, affordable, and easy to engage with logistically. Having my counselor’s help through the platform has changed my life.

Wonderful program for people with a busy schedule who need someone to talk to. Worth every penny, and they'll work with you if you don't have a lot of money.

I thought that this would be a load of crap honestly... It took a bit longer to find me a counselor, but I kind of expected that given the answers to my questions. However, the counselor that was selected for me is amazing. Though we have just started building the connection, I feel, is necessary for a counselor and counselee should have, I have full confidence that she can help me and I will make it through with her help.

I really, really like like councilor but in truth BetterHelp is a little expensive. I almost canceled minutes after signing up but the customer service team let me know they offered financial aid for those who couldn't afford the full cost. In truth, it is still a tiny bit more expensive compared to what I paid with my insurance, but for me, I think the interface and the person they connect me with is worth it. I honestly feel like I'm connected to my councilor and I'm not just putting on a show for them to get through the hour. It also feels like she's helping me, and I like that I can send her a message whenever, or look into other helpful seminar BetterHelps offers. I do recommend this to anyone interested. It may not be for everyone, but this is a good fit for me, and especially since I wasn't in concealing prior to COVID-19, I'm happy to have someone to talk to about my mental health.
