I must start by saying that trying something new can be scary, but to my pleasant surprise this site/ company is such a blessing. Better help is all about engaging and helping people. This is just a wonderful site, so caring and so professional, I am confident that I am in the right care. My counselor Avrahom Rosenberg is wonderful, professional, caring and has great people skills. I feel that this company is a great choice for anyone seeking some help with issues or just someone to talk to. I have been using BetterHelp for about a month now. My therapist is lovely, she is very patient, great listener and gives great advice. It's refreshing to be able to talk things out with someone who is not connected with my life such as my husband, parent or friend. I can share freely and get objective, educated responses.

I have anxiety about talking with new people via video chat and having the option to do a live chat with my therapist versus video for the first couple times helped me create a trusting relationship with my therapist FIRST until I was comfortable doing video chat. It is also great for my schedule, as I work mostly in the afternoon and having the app on my phone makes it so much easier.
