I have been using Better Help for a month now and it's been incredible. I was sceptical at first with varying comments on social media, but can surely say this is legit and worth it!! They even helped me as I am unemployed and gave me a lower rate for the sessions to help me out. Now that is amazing. I'm so glad I took this leap of faith and went on to Better Help. I actually think this is better than regular counselling because you can choose the time and dates of your weekly sessions and in between sessions you can message your counsellor about your progress and anything that is coming up for you and they respond fairly quickly (in my experience at least)! If you need counselling go Better Help!

The approach to counselling is exactly what I need. I am in transit between phases of life (including a giant move across the world). This is a great app created by a profesional who are there to help you reach the self-care you need to overcome any of the problems you have in you emotionally. I love the fact that they also have spiritual terapisth ,conselorses with who you can connect. Also they have help me in this time of need with covid-19 economically speaking so i was able to pay for it while i was able they are a good company.

Excellebt service!! As a student the monthly fee isnt bad ! They pair you with great therapists and if you do not feel comfortable than you can always switch. Love Betterhelp. Its amazing. I recommend it.
