I like using Better Help because it fits into my schedule and is more affordable than traditional counseling. The counselor I was paired with was one of the best I've ever seen. The app makes everything so easy. I feel confident that my mental health will be improved by using this service.

While I like the platform and response from my councelor the pay structure needs to correspond better to the needs of the patient. While I think the pay structure for weekly visits is very affordable I wish they had it to where you pay only the weeks you use.

Betterhelp got my paired with a counselor in a timely matter and we got straight to work. I loved that I was able to talk with my counselor through messages before scheduling a live session. It has been a great experience in the fact that I am very shy and can choose how to the do the live sessions with chat or calls or video.
