I've been using Better Help for two months now and I'm really happy with it so far. In return for the monthly subscription, which is not much compared to visiting a clinic, you get unlimited sessions (video and phone calls) and your counsellor will be with you around the clock through messages and writing journals. I totally recommend it if you can't afford a counsellor and in need for guidance.

I found better help online . I was not able to see my counselor due to Covid-19 and with other isssues with scheduling . Counseling and therapy is something I know I needed during this time . I was struggling with a lot of life changing things and needed help with them . I feel like this was very convenient . I filled out the survey and within a few days was matched with a therapist . So far it has been very helpful. I have already reffered better help to two of my friends .
