Best thing I could've asked for. Been looking therapy but couldn't find a practice that was affordable and had therapists who were Black, Christian, and women. I never anticipated that this platform would be the answer. Not only did I find the perfect therapist but it was super affordable. In addition, they were so flexible and helpful in accommodating me when I was furloughed due to the health pandemic.

Better help was recommended to me in YouTube video they really help you and put their time and effort in you. They really listen to you. Give you some great advise and exercises to do.

I was skeptical at first but betterhelp was there in a moment where no one else was and I was able to immediately find someone who was right for the concerns I had. Thru the experience with my counselor I've been able to feel like im learning again and moving in the right direction, having the ability to contact my counselor at any time, write journals that he can see and have my live sessions scheduled all in one place is very convenient as I tend to forget things in stressful times. Betterhelp really has been invaluable and I dont know where i would be right now if I hadn't signed up a few months ago. All I can really say is thank you so much.
