An excellent service, couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I have heard a few concerns regarding better help, but I think it ultimately depends on the counselor you are paired with. I had Jasmine Jones and she was so caring, level headed, and helpful. I would say that if you are shy and have thought about therapy but it seems scary just give it a month and see what happens, if you don’t like the therapist you are paired with you can change them!

I’m really thankful for Joselyn for helping me to cope with family issues, organization and stress. I’m willing to stay connecting Joselyn as I’m always facing new challenges in life and ups and downs. She told me how to priorities my self and not let any thing make me distracted and she shared me a document with organization support materials. During the pandemic I was feeling really low and my head was full of negative thoughts and I started to recall different occasions in my life and started to initially blame myself, however the way that Joselyn was advising me and talking to me eased all of the negative feelings in me and it is now like a routine to contact her as I’m getting better

Betterhelp is a great platform for therapy! I have been surprised at how much I like the online/video counselling setup, and how seamless it was to get paired with a therapist. I feel like I am getting great help and my therapist is very available to me.

This was my first therapy experience. I was paired with such a compassionate therapist who really helped me to sit with emotions and thoughts and not to rush to self-judgment. The platform is great, only has video issues every now and again. The options of live video, phone call, or messaging meant that a session never went missed. I'm very thankful to have been able to use this service.

It has been wonderful to connect with a therapist on my terms. Great working with my therapist and they have ben beautifully open to non traditional family dynamics (LGBT, and polyamorous friendly)
