Excellent experience

I was extremely stressed out and anxious about my relationships and my life in general, and my esteem was suffering. In less than 2 months I have to say I was doing better by leaps and bounds. My counsellor was amazing, she had a lot of great advice and presented me with simple tools to help take charge of my life. I felt like I was heard and understood. The platform of Better Help is really convenient, I love that you can get help without leaving your house. You get matched with counsellors based on your preferences, and you have tools available for getting in touch really easily. It was also much lighter on the pocket than Australian services. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

This is a good platform for connecting with experienced people who will show you right path for overcoming your negative thoughts, low moods, depression.

Better Help is the ideal counseling service for me because I am working full-time and it was always a hassle to find face-2-face therapists who would be available during my schedule. It's also so much more convenient to not have to leave the house and drive 30 mins to see a professional. My counselor is great, the times are flexible and Better Help even has group sessions that you can join if you want to just listen to a therapist present on a topic to better yourself in that area.

BetterHelp has been an incredible experience for me as someone who battles depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety. I love the freedom to take my time to organize my thoughts as well as the accessibility of being able to message with my therapist every day whenever I feel like it and have the time. It is very simple to find a therapist that works for you! If you don't click with the one, you can easily read through the listings and select another. Customer service is on point and the therapist I am with now is highly skilled and effective. The downside is that they don't take insurance, but the flexibility, accessibility, and skill offered is worth it, in my opinion.
