My experience with BetterHelp has been excellent and was exactly what I needed. My counselor has provided a lens into my own thoughts about what I should be doing. Apparently I need validation of that, and my counselor has done a great job with that. He checks on me from time to time to make sure I am well. I should have taken this step way earlier.

I did not actually use the app. But I registered for it by mistake, and then the team was extremely helpful regarding a refund. This made me trust this platform. The user interface is actually excellent too, and they have list of webinars you can attend if its relevant for specific problems you want to learn more about. There are also option for financial aid, if someone qualifies. I plan to avail this service in the future. But for now, just wanted to share my refund experience.

When I first got the app, I didn't like my counselor. Thanks to the apps ability to get rematched with a different therapist, I was matched with a new therapist that vibed with me and significantly helped me through my roughest mental breakdowns of my senior year of college and with the transition pains from being a student to being an adult looking for a job in the real world. This app has been a lifesaver for me, and I couldn't be more grateful. (For context: I have great amounts of anxiety and occasional depressive episodes!)

I initally was skeptical about Better Help, but after using their 7 day free trial I am convinced they are the real deal. My counselor has been a big help and I can not recommend them enough. It may be pricey but nothing good is cheap and nothing cheap is good.

We found ourselves in major family challenge and I needed more than what my monthly therapist could offer. I researched Better Help and decided it was worth a try. After completing the survey and being provided several choices, I found an awesome therapist. I’m able to write to her throughout the week, share my journal anytime I feel it would help and talk with her once a week. She listens, asks the hard questions, helps me reframe, offers guidance and supports me. I had not previously used an online therapist but I am beyond happy that I gave it a chance. This service and my Better Health therapist have been instrumental in keeping me healthy. I highly recommend their service.
